Santa Visit Tips

Let's Make This Christmas Unforgettable.

Santa Todd will make even adults "Believe" in the Spirit of Christmas again.

5 Tips To Ponder Before

Santa Claus Comes To Town:

  • Please communicate your plans/ideas/wants before the visit. Communication is key to any great Santa visit! We strive to tailor each event to your needs but would recommend you do your due diligence in the planning of the visitation. For example: Having Santa read your child’s favorite Christmas book. It would be ideal if you let us know this beforehand so we can better prepare and plan accordingly.

  • Please give Santa a Parking Spot. As Santa get’s older, walking farther distances is tough. A reserved spot near entry would be ideal. Another nice touch would be to place a “Reserved for Santa” sign or post.

  • Santa may need a helper. If at all possible please designate a helper to assist Santa with introducing the children by name, especially with large groups. Please let Santa know who this helper is before the event for better coordination.

  • Please have all cameras ready! Make sure all batteries are fully charged the night before your event. If you hired a photographer, please try to have them arrive on time to avoid delays.

  • Santa has to bring gifts, right? Please have any gifts ready and clearly Labeled. Large printed names are ideal to make it easy for Santa to read each gift. As Santa is older, we would prefer no gifts that are too large or heavy. It would be ideal to provide gifts that can fit inside of Santa’s bag! Also we don’t want any children being left out of the fun, so please make sure there is a gift for every child in attendance.
Tips On How To Improve

Santa's Magical Visit

  • Santa needs a good, solid chair. Please provide a sturdy chair for Santa to sit on so he can better accommodate the children for those special personal moments, conversations and photo opportunities.

  • What about music? Create a magical ambience with Christmas music. We encourage you to create a playlist with your favorite Christmas tunes and play it in the background during Santa’s visit. Santa Todd prefers timeless Christmas classics (Not too loud, of course).

  • Location is Key! Use your surroundings to improve the experience. Do you own a fire place? Why not use this area to seat Santa, providing a perfect photo spot. Also, your Christmas tree or festive decorations can make the perfect background for your photos.

  • Don’t forget the Milk & Cookies!* It’s a nice touch that adds to the magical experience. You can even have your children lay out the cookies and milk before Santa arrives.

  • Payments During or at the end of the visit. Please note that it’s not appropriate to hand money to Santa where others (especially children) might see. Why not try a Christmas card from all (with payment included)? Gratuity is always welcome and appreciated.

What sets Santa Todd apart is his ability to really listen and make every child feel special.

*Please note that any damage to Santa’s attire outside of his control as a result of food may include a surcharge for cleaning and/or repairs.
